The London Press finally finds Wales!

Leading comment by The Times on the Assembly elections, which is a fascinating insight on how the media on the other side of the border view us and our political parties!

" Plaid Cymru, by contrast, has mutated into a strange blend of Owen Glendower and Leon Trotsky and should not be trusted with political office."

Thank God I'm Welsh and living in Wales. But then the Murdoch press has always pursued infantile mercantilism and will continue to do so whilst it enriches the elite.

Has it not occurred to the teenagers who write Murdoch's drivel that the reason the Welsh Tory, Labour and Liberals ALL have clear red water between them and their English counterparts is that this is what the Welsh electorate demand, based on a very different history and culture?

btw, Dylan, how about putting Welsh time on your blog instead of the Great Satan's?!

A badly informed piece, more reliant on English prejudice and ignorance than anything else.

Perhaps Dylan would write to them and deconstruct their twaddle for us? Do it with enough red water and he could even get my vote (does VTGP work!?)
